MOVING has recently started offering a DIN-certified online job aptitude test for those interested in learning the profession of driving instructors.
MOVING has developed this test in cooperation with BAGFA e.V. and HR-Diagnostics and offers the possibility to test your skills and aptitude for the daily activities and working conditions of driving instructors.
The law also offers interested parties who do not meet the entry requirements for training, according to the current status of the German Driving Instructor Act, the opportunity to prove their qualification. The MOVING job aptitude test aims to provide a suitable basis for this.
In the test, which lasts about one hour, particular emphasis is placed on the following points:
